Shadow Work

What is it?

Your Shadow is the embodiment of those personality traits you think of as negative. Carl Jung, the Swiss psychiatrist who first coined the term, defined it as the “sum of all those unpleasant qualities we like to hide.” Developing a relationship with your Shadow allows it to evolve into a powerful source of liberation and healing.

Why do it?

Until you develop a relationship with the Shadow, it remains a source of shame and guilt—holding you back; other people’s opinions loom too large. Once you develop a relationship with your Shadow, you are free to become whoever you’re meant to be—without apologies.

How do I do it?

We will teach you to interact with your Shadow just as you would anyone else in your life—by listening deeply to it with the utmost love, respect, and attention. The Shadow will become as real to you as any friend or family member. The only difference is that it lives inside you—and it holds the key to everything you’re meant to be!
