The upheaval and change permeating our public and personal lives can leave us feeling anxious, enraged, hopeless, and depressed.

This prerecorded interactive webinar offers you practical tools for coping.

We start with a radical premise: what is happening in the world today is much bigger than any one crisis, leader, political party, or ideology. It is symptomatic of a dark, destructive force sweeping across the world.

That force is getting us to demonize one another by blinding us to our shared human-ness. As it succeeds in pitting person against person, group against group, the ensuing chaos distracts each of us from the important work we should be doing—the inner mission for which we were created. And as a result, we become passive—glued to our screens and paralyzed with anxiety, helplessness, and impotent rage.

For most of human history, this force has been called the force of evil. It, more than any particular person or ideology, is the real enemy. In our view, as horrifying as it is to confront evil, doing so holds the greatest opportunity for personal growth and effective social action.

Guided by Barry Michels and Kristan Sargeant, you learn how to identify evil and how to use Cosmic Rage and Active Love to combat it in your life.
