Tools for Self-Sabotage

Do you feel like your own worst enemy? When you move toward something good in your life, do you do something to stop it from happening, even if you don’t mean to?

Self-sabotage can be painful and confusing. We want to feel good or to let our creativity flow, or to help others—but then we do something to derail our efforts. This behavior can also affect other people negatively. If you skip your exercise class, that mostly affects you, but if you don’t show up on time for meetings or get so involved in something you forget to pick your kids up after school, that affects others and can be a burden on your relationships.

What if we told you that you are not the “self” who is doing the sabotaging? In our world, the blame for this falls squarely on Part X, or what we call your “inner enemy.” Part X is hell-bent on stopping you from moving forward, and it will do whatever it can to suck the life force from you. Any action that runs counter to your deep goals and desires is a mechanism of Part X.

In one way or another, all of the tools are designed to be the weapons you need to fight this inner enemy. Getting to know how Part X operates is key, so start there, along with these other tools, articles, videos, programs, and more.
